My teacher gave me a homework assignment to write about what I liked about our field trip to the capital so I decided to do a blog post on it.
I really liked the field trip to the capital, but my favorite part was all of the art work, sculptures, and architecture.I took a lot of pictures of the capital because it was all just so beautiful and I loved the effort put into building it and re-building it after the British burnt it down. The craftsmanship was unbelievable on the statues and the paintings were superior.
This is the dome it has an amazing painting in the middle and exquisite architecture all around the painting.
This is the freedom statue that is on top of the capital. This one is a replica and is inside the capital, the real one is black and on top of the capital.
This is some of the wonderful architecture in the capital.
This is the statue of Robert La Follette for Wisconsin. Each state got its own statue.
I think that when other people visit the capital they will love it and its architecture as much as I did.
